Bergen County Teen Social Group

If you are an ASPEN member with an AS son or daughter between the ages of 14 and 19 (high school student or transitioning from high school to work or college), we are parents coordinating social outings for our teens.

In the past, the Teen Group has enjoyed: movie outings with either lunch, dinner or ice cream included to allow for social interaction; a Valentine's Day Party; a 'game your brains out' trip to TerraBites; get-togethers at Fuddruckers for dinner and gaming in the arcade; a trip to Fort Lee Historical Park; bowling; and a trip to a local exercise facility with circuit training.

Teens - meet some new friends!

Parents - come visit with other parents while your teen is involved in an activity or conversation. Our teens enjoy being together, and it's a welcome respite for the parents as well. We do require that a parent accompany their teen to these supervised outings.

Bergen County Tween Social Group

For children ages 8-14 with Asperger Syndrome and related disorders whose parents are members of ASPEN. We provide ongoing, regularly scheduled activities that offer them the opportunity to interact and socialize with their peers.
